Skilled Healthcare, LLC provides administrative and operational support services to our facility operations affiliates. Together, these affiliates provide a full continuum of post-acute care services with a strategic emphasis on sub-acute specialty rehabilitative care. We currently provide such support services for 88 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities located in six states totaling 10,100 beds.

Skilled Healthcare, LLC also provides administrative services to other affiliated companies - Hallmark Rehabilitations Services, Inc. and Hospice Care of the West, LLC.
